A fun-filled family event organised by Europe Direct Gozo and The Gozo Business Chamber will be held at Villa Rundle Gardens in Victoria, Gozo on the 9th of May 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to celebrate Europe Day. As part of the event, the eTwinning National Support Organisation (NSO) will be celebrating eTwinning during Europe Day. Students, educators, and parents/guardians are invited to take part in a variety of engaging eTwinning activities — with exciting prizes to be won!

  • Digital Scavenger Hunt: Throughout the day, a digital scavenger hunt will be held using a digital app. Participants will be asked to form groups of 3 to 5 and to install the ActionBound app. Through this activity, participants will discover eTwinning, including various European dimensions and values, while exploring the different stands in the garden. To take part in this activity, simply visit our stand for further instructions. Tokens and prizes will be awarded to the winning teams. A fun and educational activity for all the family!

  • Competition: Throughout April, students from primary, middle and secondary schools will be invited to participate in an eTwinning competition. Students are to create a poster or write a story. Students are asked to print their poster/story and bring it to the eTwinning stand, where all entries will be proudly displayed. Winning entries will be chosen from: Category 1 – Kindergarten up to Year 3, Category 2 – Year 4 up to Year 6 and Category 3 - Middle and Secondary Schools.

  • Debate: A discussion will take place where panelists discuss their views about artificial intelligence and take questions from those present.

  • Fun Activities: Children visiting the eTwinning stand on the day will have the opportunity to engage in various fun activities.

Let’s be creative, have fun and win with eTwinning! More information will be available on our eTwinning Facebook page: @eTwinningMalta. Any queries should be addressed to the eTwinning NSO on etwinning@ilearn.edu.mt
