Two of our Maltese ambassadors, Ms. Tania Formosa and Ms. Frances Cauchi have attended a PDW seminar in Krakow Poland. The seminar focused on: equipping students with basic skills for life such as literacy, mathematics, science and digital citizenship. Such skills are fundamental in preparing our students for their future. They also attended three interesting and engaging workshops aimed at ambassadors' pedagogical.

The first, 'Innovate and Educate: Critical Thinking Strategies for Today’s Classroom' explored the innovator’s mindset compared to fixed and growth mindsets.

The second, 'Mentoring for the Future' focused on life skills for eTwinning ambassadors as mentors and why these skills are essential in eTwinning.

The final workshop 'Fake it till you make it: How projects can improve critical thinking' delved into identifying fake news, disinformation, deepfakes, echo chambers, and clickbait.

Together with other European ambassadors, Ms. Tania and Ms. Frances discussed ways to encourage new etwinners and motivate experienced ones.

They made new connections with educators all over Europe  and returned back to Malta with innovative ideas which they cannot wait to share with their colleagues and implement in our schools!

A truly enriching experience for our Maltese delegation. Thank you for making us proud once again.
